RE:	Brad Biddle Promotion to Chief Financial Officer

I am pleased to announce Brad Biddle’s promotion to Chief Financial Officer effective Tuesday November 1, 2005.

Brad has been with the company for over seven years, joining Insulectro as Corporate Controller in 1998. He has successfully progressed through the accounting organization. Brad has been here to see the up’s and the down’s of the business cycle and with these experiences has built a strong knowledge of the organization.

He is a valuable member of the Leadership Team and I am looking forward to his future contributions as the CFO. Please help me to congratulate Brad and provide your full support to him in his new position.
