1.       Receive 1 movie ticket by sending 35 points to HR.

2.       Order Logo items on line from our on-line store by clicking here.

          A.  Select the item you want from the on-line store, the number of points required is listed on the picture.

          B.  Order the item on line by placing the item in the cart and following the steps to check out.

          C.  Send the required number of points to Farzad Forough in Lake Forest.

          D.  Enjoy your award when it arrives at the office.
