
This story of excellent customer service continues to get
better. As in most cases, it took real team work to make this such a success
story. We want to acknowledge Nick DeRossi’s and Keith Harcrow for their
personal commitment to ensure we met the delivery schedule that was promised.
The Londonderry warehouse team had already left for the day, so Nick and
Keith rolled up their sleeves and personally pulled and shipped the order -
well after 6:00 p.m. Great job Nick and Keith!

Hi Garret,
I wanted to take a minute and let you know that yesterday
we were quoting a quick turn order (12-layer .182” thick 5 oz copper) for one
of our newest customers which require “Heavy Copper” which is usually
difficult to get.
I called Linda and it appeared that there was not
inventory of .016” 3/3, but she did eventually locate some inventory on the
east coast. We were able to quote this part to our customer and at 3:50 PM
central time (4:50pm eastern) we were given the OK to start this order.
I called Linda immediately to try to get this material on
a plane yesterday because if we could not get material in house today 8-21-09,
we would not be able to meet our customers dock date and would have lost this
order.
Linda immediately contacted the warehouse with the .016”
3/3 and was able get it shipped out with only minutes to spare.
We are extremely pleased with Insulectro’s responsiveness
and support for this material order. This is the type of customer service that
helps makes us successful.
