Ice Fishing – Mille Lacs 2007
|
By Chris Tuckner
The weekend of January 12th, 2007
the Midwest Sales Team in cooperation with our suppliers and Insulectro
Management took a number of customers Ice Fishing on Lake Mille Lacs in central
Minnesota.

 |
|
Shown here were Kevin Miller, Paul Dufresne,
and Chris Tuckner (In back) Jim Urbansky of PCI, Kenny Parent and Peter Decaneas
of Pacothane.
The event was held at Hunter’s Point Resort,
who took very good care of us during our stay. The fishing could have been a
little better, but some very nice walleye were caught none the less.

This event brought a number of
personalities together for one common cause, a good time on the ice! Many
Minnesotans celebrate the outdoors in midwinter as Arizona people do during
prime golf time! As you can see, these fish houses are “State of the Art” in
construction. Heating is thermostatically controlled, and you do not need a
refrigerator! |

Here is Dave Shrupp from Pro Tech trying to
take money away from Paul Dufresne and Greg Kay and Jeff Nelson (Micom) and Tony
(TRC) enjoying a good laugh on the ice. We had customers from Micom, Holaday,
TRC, Pro Tech, Bergquist, Quality Circuits, PCI, Micom, Circuit Science and
Aztec in attendance during the weekend.

As the sun set on this year’s event, I heard
a number of “Thank You Insulectro’s!” from all customers who attended. We all
are looking forward to the event next year. It is a great way to break up the
winter, and spend some quality time with customers outside of their shops. |
