September 26, 2007
I am pleased to announce the following executive
management changes effective Monday October 1, 2007.
Dan Diesel will assume a new role as Vice-President of
Business Strategy & Chief Information Officer. As you all know, Dan brings a
tremendous amount of Insulectro business knowledge and experience from his 27
years at the company. Dan’s new role will have him intimately involved with
INSULECTRO, CAC and LCOA from a strategic perspective and he will focus more
of his time going forward on key critical areas that we identify as
opportunities. He will continue to serve in his capacity as CIO, leading and
supporting our growing I.T. capability. Dan has developed a very strong and
capable team that has been working hard to keep us ahead in this fast moving
information age. Dan will continue to report directly to me. I am looking
forward to working with Dan in his new role.
In an effort for Dan to be able to assume these new
responsibilities, I am please to announce that we have hired Bryan Borosky as
Vice-President of Materials and Business Analysis. Bryan brings with him to
INSULECTRO a strong overall business background and a managerial skill set
that I feel will be a great addition to INSULECTRO and our Leadership Team.
Bryan has spent the past 10 years at Pepsi Bottling Group in various roles and
geographies in the USA. Prior to Pepsi, he served in a finance role in Unocal
Corp’s Strategic Planning Group. Bryan is in the process of relocating from
his current home in Florida to Orange County with his wife and children. I
feel very fortunate to have Bryan joining our Company in such a critical
position. Bryan will report to me and he will assume direct responsibility for
all of our Materials Group and our Business Analysis Group.
Please join me in congratulating Dan Diesel on his new
responsibilities and welcoming Bryan Borosky to Insulectro on October 1, 2007.
