ELECTRONIC iSOLA CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE

We are pleased to announce that we now have electronic copies of Isola's Certificate of Compliances on ePREDATOR. We have all certs for material we have received in 2002 on line. Isola will be sending the data to us every morning.

We now have the ability to print Isola's Certs with Isola's letterhead on any laser printer connected to ePREDATOR. We can reprint both Laminate and Prepreg certs directly when they are required by the customer. 

You may view Isola's certificates from any lot display. Next to a lot number, enter "S" to display lot specs. The Isola certs will display. You may request to print a cert by pressing F6. Also, we have a new menu option, SHR62, that will allow you to display all lots for a specific shipping order. Because we now have the ability to reprint certs whenever customers require a copy, we no longer need to keep a paper copy of Isola's certs in our branches.

Over the next several weeks, we will be making additional enhancements. As they become available, we will send out separate announcements as the features become available.

We will eliminate the need to input lot specifications during receiving. We will extract the data directly from the file Isola sends us.

We will add the ability to access and print the lot specs from INSULECTRO.COM. Customers who have access to order status will be able to select an order and see the lots on the order from that new display, they will be able to print certificates.

Isola will be adding a bar code to their material. When this is done, we will be able to receive through a new option on the bar code scanners that will eliminate the need to enter any lot information.
