I am pleased to announce that effective October
1, 2008 Kevin Miller will be promoted to the senior leadership position of
Vice President of National Sales for INSULECTRO.
Kevin will have overall sales responsibility for
North America and will continue to report directly to me. He will be
responsible for managing all initiatives necessary to continue to grow sales
and market penetration, develop long-term customer and supplier relationships,
provide leadership and coaching to our exceptional team of Technical Account
Managers and assist in improving the overall success and profitability of the
Company.
Kevin brings over 20 years of sales experience
in the Printed Circuit Board industry. He has been with INSULECTRO for the
past 15 years and played a major role in building the infrastructure and sales
in the Eastern Region. He was instrumental in transitioning product lines
throughout the East coast and making INSULECTRO a National player. Prior to
this, Kevin was a Branch Manager and Technical Account Manager for the
Mountain View facility. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Industrial Technology from Buffalo State College in New York and an MBA in
Sales and Marketing from Santa Clara University in California. There is not a
person with better experience to lead our Sales Team into the future.
Effective concurrently, we will also be adding a
Regional Sales Management structure in the Midwest and Northeast. Trey Adams
will assume the role as Midwestern Regional Sales Manager and he will be
responsible for the Chicago and Minneapolis branches. He will have Terry
Staskowicz, Chris Tuckner and Garret Shepard as direct reports. Trey joined
INSULECTRO over 4 years ago and has led the effort to build INSULECTRO’s
market share and reputation in Chicago into one that stands proud. He has a
great depth of market and product knowledge that I hope will help his team
grow ever stronger. He relocated his family to the Chicago area from the
Northwest where he worked for Morton/Rohm & Haas.
Ron Murdock will assume the Northeastern
Regional Sales Manager role and will be responsible for the Northeast and
Midlantic areas. He will have Scott Sfreddo and Paul Dufresne reporting to
him. All of you who know Ron know what a capable individual he is. Ron brings
a great attitude and perspective that has benefitted him in his role as a
Technical Account Manager over the past 8 years. His customers absolutely
love him and I look forward to him receiving even move “love” as he broadens
his reach to managing new customer relationships with Scott and Paul.
My expectation is that these Regional Management
roles in the East will allow Kevin greater flexibility and time to assume his
new National Sales responsibilities more effectively.
