Pete Medrano Announcement to Operations Manager in our Chicago

I am pleased to announce the promotion of Pete Medrano to
Operations Manager in our Chicago Branch. This will be effective as of August
3, 2009. Pete has over 20 years of experience at Insulectro, and has put a lot
of time, effort, and energy in committing to Operational Excellence here at
Insulectro.
During his time at Insulectro, Pete has worked in all of
the Operational jobs, which gives him a great background and experience to
utilize in his new role. Pete has spent the last 3 years as Operations
Supervisor in Chicago, and has been instrumental in moving Chicago to many
improvements, including a desire to be #1 out of all the Fabrication Centers.
Pete and the Chicago Team have made a true commitment to Operational
Excellence, as they move toward becoming our largest Fabrication center in
Prepreg and Lamination.
