Product Management Group Changes
July
13, 2009
I am pleased to announce two changes that we have been
working on in the Product Management Group and will discuss in more details on
our sales call tomorrow. The changes are as follows:
Norm Berry will continue to be the Product Manager
for Isola, however he has also been asked and has accepted
responsibility for the Pacothane product line as well. In doing this,
I expect that Norm will be more involved with the Lamination areas of all of
our customers including Flex, Flex Rigid and Rigid PCB Manufacturers. Norm
has been stepping into the role for the last few months and will be involved
with the continued improvements we hope to see on the Pacothane side of our
business. Norm is only one hour from Pacothane's facility so this change make
sense for multiple reasons. Please help Norm with increasing our Pacothane
business by communicating your challenges and opportunities with Pacothane
products and service. Norm will be working this product lines opportunities
and challenges as he has with Isola. Thank you Norm for stepping up to the
added work load in a time when there are many challenges in our industry.
Bob Bosche has been asked to take on a new role as
Director
of Project Management. Since Bob has been at Insulectro he has been involved
with several key areas of our business. He has had significant roles in
Materials, Pricing Group and Quality. Bob has been asked over the years to
take on projects as they came up and were in need of assistance, he has always
given 100% to accomplishing the tasks in front of him. Without Bob,
Salesforce.com would be a shadow of what it has turned out to be for our
business today. In his new role, I expect that Bob will contribute to
projects that will drive revenue and profitability to our business. Bob will
continue to work with John Kim in quality on a as needed basis. These
projects will include but are not limited to:

prioritize, manage and drive successful completion of projects that enable
business opportunities and improved efficiencies.
