To All Associates:
I am pleased to announce the following
reorganization of our Warehouse and Fabrication organization.
- Mike Plouffe has been promoted to Eastern Regional
Operations Manager. Mike and his family will be relocating from Northern
California to New Hampshire by July 1st. Mike has done an
excellent job in his almost five years in Mountain View. Mike’s work ethic
is contagious and always has a can-do attitude. Mike will be directly
responsible for the Londonderry and Wood Dale operations. This move will be
a homecoming for Mike. He grew up in Massachusetts and most of his family
is in the New England area. He will also help support the warehousing
efforts in St. Petersburg, Lynchburg, Minneapolis, and Dallas TX. Mark
Jones and Pete Davis will report to Mike.
- David Klebba has been promoted to Western Regional
Operations Manager. Dave started as a Prepreg Operator twelve years ago and
has worked his way up our organization. When we needed help in the East
Coast, he relocated to Londonderry for a few years when we first established
that area. He has been the Southern California Operations Manager for the
past five years. Dave is a hard worker and always has a positive attitude.
Dave will be directly responsible for the Lake Forest and Mountain View
operations. He will also help support Poway, Chatsworth, Portland, Dallas
OR, Redmond, Aurora, and Phoenix warehouse operations.
- Mike Boardman will be returning to Mountain View as
the Warehouse Manager. Mike has been with Insulectro for almost 20 years.
After spending many years in Mountain View as the Fabrication Manager, Mike
relocated to Lake Forest when we expanded the fabrication there. Over the
last six months, Mike has been overseeing both warehouse and fabrication of
the first shift in Lake Forest. Along with Pete Medrano and Ajay Vaswani,
Mountain View will be in good hands. Mike will continue to report to Dave
Klebba. Pete and Ajay will report to Mike Boardman.
- Stan McCauley will help David Klebba with
administrative tasks for the Mountain View facility.
- Jeff Murray is no longer with Insulectro. We wish him
well in his new endeavors.
- We are looking to fill two open positions for shift
supervisors—one in Lake Forest and one in Londonderry.
I have attached a revised organizational chart. If you
have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,

Dan Diesel
