Rich Clemente promoted to General Manager, Northern California

I am pleased to announce that Rich Clemente has accepted a
new role at Insulectro. Effective July 9, 2007, Rich will assume the position
of General Manager for Northern California. He will relocate from Southern
California and be based out of our Mountain View, California facility.
Rich will have overall responsibility for the region
including Technical Account Managers, Inside Sales and Warehouse and
Fabrication Operation. He will work closely with the team in Mountain View to
deploy all necessary resources to be successful, grow sales, develop customer
and supplier relationships and improve overall operational execution. Rich
will report directly to Bob Metcalf.
Rich has become an invaluable part of the company since he
was joined CAC, Inc to support and coordinate the CAC transition from
Chandler, Az. and integration to Lake Forest, Ca. He played a crucial role in
a very successful acquisition. When that job was complete we were very happy
to extend Rich an offer to join Insulectro to build the Lake Forest Operations
into a strong, focused organization. He has made huge strides transforming
Lake Forest during his time in that role. Prior to this, Rich spent 9 years at
Rohm & Haas (Morton/Shipley) in various roles including Technical Sales,
Senior Account Manager, Product Manager for Solder Mask and ENIG and finally
as a Regional Distribution Manager for the southwest. As you can see Rich has
a broad background in the PCB business and with his knowledge of our
manufacturing and distribution businesses I am very confident he’ll be a great
addition to the Mountain View team.
