To All Associates:

I am pleased to announce the following organizational changes effective immediately.

Michelle Rocker will assume the position of Corporate Pricing Manager.  Michelle, Rob Hill and Anita Newsom will continue to develop our pricing group.  This group has primary responsibility for Customer quotations and contracts, maintaining system pricing and vendor pricing including support and rebate programs, managing inventory aging programs, and vendor claims.  The Pricing Group will work closely with Product Management and Purchasing to implement programs to improve profitability and manage material contribution margin.

Bob Bosché will become the Director of Quality. This includes continual process improvements, training programs, developing written procedures, conducting internal audits, and interfacing with vendor and customer quality departments.  This change will allow Bob to focus on this important aspect of our business.

Christine Whitney has already begun to plan Insulectro product lines and she will continue to learn additional lines within Insulectro while planning and purchasing for Express.

We will be actively looking for a replacement for Michelle in the materials group.  Michelle will continue with her purchasing responsibilities until we add an additional person in the purchasing group.
