I am please that as of Monday, April 25, 2005 Sean Redfern has been promoted to
Vice President of TRISTAR/LCOA.

Sean has done a tremendous job in very difficult and challenging times since he joined the Company in 2001 at the prolonged bottom of the PCB industry slump. Since that time, under Sean’s leadership and with the help of his management team and the Insulectro administrative management, TRISTAR has turned into a focused and dominate player in the market.

As much as a challenge the business has been through the recession TRISTAR has had more than its share of good fortune and success and I can’t help but mention some of the highlights including:

      Acquisition of LCOA from EIS

      Restructuring of the manufacturing staff and management

      Completion of a short-term and long-term professional Strategic Plan

      Addition of key management

      Upgrading and addition of foreign distribution

      Marketing plan and strategy for Slickback_TM

I would ask you to join me in thanking Sean for his contribution and congratulate him on his new position.  He has a lot of work ahead of him (and millions of flight miles around the world) and I am confident that with his continued commitment anything is possible!
