Here is our Performance Review for the 4th quarter from TTM, Santa Ana.  We improved our ranking from 88% of the total available points in the 3rd quarter 2003, to 93% in the 4th quarter.  This is important due to the fact that the 4th quarter was busier and more demanding than the prior quarter.  This ranking puts Insulectro in the highest  bracket possible "certified".

Thank-you everyone that works hard everyday to satisfy this demanding account.

We need to continue to improve on the "On Time Delivery" and "Technical Support" categories.  I responded to Kevin that I want to better understand these expectations so we can improve.  David Senk has been doing an outstanding job supporting TTM, so I am thinking that  this rating reflects Darrell Parsons support with the Isola products.  I will find out and let you know.
